STORY
I carve gemstones. What began as an interest in the hardness of things became a practice: reading a rough stone, finding the subject hidden in its flaws and color zones, and bringing it out with wheels, grit and patience.
Most pieces take weeks. The setting is kept deliberate and quiet, so the stone does the talking. Everything on this site was made at one bench, by one pair of hands.
The road so far
Left the family workshop to carve full-time at a bench of my own.
First one-of-a-kind commission — an aquamarine carved for a private collector.
Began setting carvings in gold; the studio's quiet-setting language took shape.
Work entered its first international collection, shipped from this bench.
This site opens — every piece shown is carved and set in-house.
